0703dp 14 zbosch diesel injection systemlatest piezo injectorsOur company offers inspection, cleaning and repair of the diesel piezo injectors. The repair most often consists of replacement of the nozzle sprinkler and/or its valve body. Your nozzles can be knocked off from the car on the spot , inspected and replaced with recycled ones but they can be sent to us by courier too. In the shortest time, usually two or three days, they will be ready and will be sent back. Тhe repaired injectors are provided with the appropriate 12 or 24-month warranty, depending on whether partial or full-scale recycling is made.

If you have any of the following symptoms do not hesitate to contact us. The sooner you contact us, the better it will be for your car.

These are the symptoms of the damaged sprinklers:

The most visible symptom is white smoke from the exhaust pipe when operating the car in place but also on the move especially in acceleration. Most often the reason for the smoke is the warming of the car. If the catalysts are knocked off the car the smoke can be seen immediately. When components from the exhaust system of the car are not removed the smoke can be seen after about 5-10 minutes operation in place followed by revving the engine.

Another symptom is the deteriorated performance of the starter. It happens so that when the engine is warmed up and switched off for about 10 minutes, at the next start the starter stops for about 1-2 seconds and accelerates again. This symptom does not necessarily mean that your nozzles should be repaired, but accompanied by some of the other ones helps for the exact diagnosing of the problem. It is due to the increased operating temperature caused by the excessive fuel, which enters the cylinders from the damaged sprinklers. This in turn leads to thermal load of the starter, which is in a place in the engine compartment where it is extremely difficult to be cooled which results in disturbance in its work.

Along with the two symptoms mentioned above rising of the engine oil level as well as difference in the fuel consumption given by the on-board computer and the one which is really consumed by your car can be noticed too. The level of the oil rises because it is mixed with unburnt naphtha and the real consumption is higher because the injectors let in more fuel per duty cycle than what they are programmed to inject and which is measured by the on-board computer of the car.

Among the hidden symptoms of the deteriorated performance of the nozzles are the reduced compression due to melted valves or pistons as well as the damaged lubricity of the engine oil because of its mixing with unburnt diesel fuel.

The continuous operation of the motor with damaged sprinklers can result in failure of some of the cylinders to work because of lack of compression. The engine starts running irregularly. It stops or pulls and strong vibrations are felt in the compartment.

In some cases the higher operating temperature can result in blocking /sintering/ of the needle in the sprinkler. This in turn results in impossibility working pressure in the fuel racks to be reached and the engine stalls or cannot be started. Accordingly if the needle is stuck in the closed position the engine will start, but some of its cylinders will not work.

These are the symptoms of damaged valves:

In some injectors due to the corrosive impurities in the fuel ulcers are obtained in the valve body. The result is a bypass between the high pressure chamber of the nozzle and the low pressure one. Much of the fuel flows back into the tank and the car does not have full power. This symptom gradually deteriorates, the work of the engine gets interrupted and finally cannot start working because the fuel pressure sensor does not show the necessary working values.
